It’s 5 a.m. and the first of my alarms goes off. I have to set several, I’ve learned the hard way that I’m not to be trusted with the snooze button. I hit snooze (See? I Have No Idea What I’m Doing
Let’s be real. If you saw me right now you’d probably say, “wow, she looks tired.” And you might (correctly) assume that I’m not getting enough sleep.
